What we collect

• From contractors (our customers): your name, business name, email, phone, mailing address, review link, logo, and billing status. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and never stored by us.
• About your customers: the names, email addresses, job details, amounts, estimate files and photos you give us or forward to us, and their replies to follow-up emails.
• If you connect Gmail or Microsoft 365: an encrypted token that lets us send email as you. We do not read your inbox.
• Technical: sign-in records, IP address (for security and rate limiting), and error logs.

How we use it

Only to run Folloh for you: sending the follow-ups, review requests, and reports you approved, detecting replies and opt-outs, generating estimate PDFs, billing, support, and keeping the service secure. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your customers' data for our own marketing.

Service providers

We use: [HOSTING PROVIDER] (hosting), Postmark (email delivery and inbound email), Stripe (payments), and, if you use handwritten-bid reading, [OpenAI / Anthropic] to read the photo. Each only gets what it needs to do its job.

Your customers' choices

Every customer email includes your business name, mailing address, and a one-click unsubscribe. Anyone who replies "stop" or unsubscribes is never emailed again through Folloh on your behalf.

Retention & deletion

We keep data while your account is active. Cancel and ask us to delete it, and we'll delete your data within 30 days (backups roll off within [N] days), except what we must keep for tax or legal reasons.

Security

Encrypted connections (HTTPS), encrypted storage of mail tokens, access limited to staff who need it, and regular backups.

Your rights

You can ask to see, fix, export, or delete your data: email privacy@folloh.io. Depending on where you live (for example California), you may have additional rights. We'll honor them.

Changes

If we make material changes we'll email you before they take effect.
